Dr. Ilana Etelzon is a fellowship-trained pain management specialist with extensive experience in interventional pain and musculoskeletal medicine. She emphasizes regenerative techniques and takes a non-operative approach, using advanced fluoroscopic and ultrasound-guided methods so every treatment is placed precisely.
She treats a wide range of conditions including lower back pain, sciatica, pinched nerves, neck pain, and musculoskeletal injuries from overuse, sports, and arthritis.
Her approach begins with relieving pain, then moves to rehabilitation designed to prevent recurrence. The goal is an individualized strategy built with the patient rather than handed to them.
"You have tissue degeneration, not just inflammation, which is why this has not improved."
